**PLEASE NOTE THE PCSA IS NOT PART OF THE PARKS AT PRESTWICK COMMUNITY** The Prestwick Community Services Association is located in Avon, Indiana, and is comprised of twelve neighborhoods.

The nine single-family home neighborhoods include Glen Eagles, Prestwick Estates, Prestwick Glen, Prestwick Green, Prestwick Villas, Ridgehill, Royal Troon, Thornhill Woods and Turnberry. The three condominium communities include Carnoustie Circle, Fairway Hills and Prestwick One. There are a total of 717 homes in Prestwick.

The Prestwick Community Services Association, Inc., (CSA) exists to manage the common ground and facilities, and to ensure compliance with the CSA covenants. The Board utilizes H&H Management, LLC, an association management company, to assist with selection of vendors, operational and financial services, records and document storage, and to function as an information center for homeowners.

The CSA Board includes one elected Director from each neighborhood and one member at-large.

The PCSA 2025 Regular General Board meetings will be held Quraterly and will end for the year with the 2025 Annual meeting). The next meeting will be May 12th at BluPrint Real Estate Group, located at 8499 E US HWY 36, Avon, IN 46123 at 6:30PM.
